We were brought in to stage this Winnipeg character home at the recommendation of one of the regular realtors we work with who recommends us exclusively for Winnipeg Home Staging services. Having worked with us on many of his listings, he’s very familiar with the type of selling results we consistently get on the homes we stage .
There were a lot of dark colors in the home, which made it feel a bit drab, gloomy and uninviting. The space felt stark and being the highly skilled realtor he is, buyers were going to have a hard time visualizing its potential.
The realtor advised his client that their selling outcome would be significantly improved if they brought us in to stage the home. Without our home staging, he knew it could take a while to sell.
