Westwood home it sold in ONE day for $33,500 over asking price, with 8 offers. There were initially a total of 12 offers, but 4 withdrew because of stiff competition. There was also an even higher offer ($38,000 above ask), but the seller preferred the fast 2-week possession date offered by the winning bidder.
