December 2019 – This was yet another realtor-owned home, demonstrating that when it comes to selling their own homes, the expert’s know that our staging is key to getting better offers. This half-million dollar+ home was personally owned by one of Winnipeg’s most prominent and successful realtors, who has gone on to become a regular and loyal client of ours. Going on the market in early December 2019, he was concerned the property could end up sitting due to the holiday season slowdown. He called us in to stage the vacant house to help ensure a fast sale. It was sold, with multiple offers, on offers day. The agent was delighted by the results and thrilled with how “beautiful, warm and inviting” the house looked and promptly sent us more homes to stage for his clients – and we’re fortunate to have him as a regular client. The buyer of this home asked to buy much of the staging furniture, accessories and artwork, telling us “The staging made the difference in why we fell in love with this house.
